I’m no spring chicken, 77 years old, and pilates has changed my life for the better. Within the first 3 months, I lost 3 belt notches and 10 pounds without changing my diet. My strength, flexibility and balance have greatly improved, as well as my golf game. The instructors are great and easy to work with, especially when I knew nothing about pilates. My wife comes with me now and we like the small classes.
